Willow Grove Naval Air Station employs more than 1,200 active duty and over 700 civilians to more than 5,000 joint reserve personnel.  It is a Joint Reserve Base, which translates to Willow Grove supporting Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force Reserve and Pennsylvania Air National Guard and Army Guard units.
